About Motivational Interveiwing
Motivational Interviewing is an evidence based method of working with people to facilitate positive change. It is effective across many domains including addictions, eating and weight issues, parenting, physical and mental health, education, social work, animal welfare, prison services, planet-friendly behaviours, organisational leadership and sport coaching.

What we do
We offer trainings from read-only online modules to one day courses and longer approaches spaced over weeks or months. Blended learning trainings incorporating online group practice with individual own time learning are currently in demand.
Courses are designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels or a combination approach to suit the setting.
Trainings can take place online, or, currrent circumstances permitting, at a location organised by us. Alternatively, we can keep costs down by bringing the training to your premises.

Trainings can be designed for specific settings (e.g. a weight management clinic, a cardio-rehab unit, a family liaison service) or they can be general, focussing on MI philosophy and skills that can be adapted to suit a variety of services.

Motivational Interveiwing can help you facilitate growth and change.
